Rihan Heights

Rihan Heights, Capitala Real Estate, Abudhabi, has awarded the single largest contractor for Wood Flooring amounting to 40,000 sqm of wood flooring, with a project value of Dhs 15 Million, to Woodfloors Middle East. The job is now nearing completion. The project management abilities of Woodfloors Middle East helped in executing this taxing project to the client’s satisfaction. The Walnut Full Plank Flooring, was custom made for this project, and produced in time for the project execution. Different teams were employed at di erent venues to coordinate the large spread of the site. The Project Management challenge was fulfilling for the Woodfloors Middle East Team.

Burj Khalifa

burj The Main contractor for this prestigious project was joint venture (Samsung corporation, Besix and Arabtec). Zoralco International (our subsidiary) was nominated as subcontractor by Depa and Fino International (fit out companies) for sanding and installation of semi solid wooden flooring. Approximately 20,000 m2 of flooring in Armani hotel, Armani Residence and Private residences in Burj Khalifa Tower. Zoralco International worked in cooperation with Maragaritelli, from Italy who supplied semi solid wood flooring (famous for its Listone Giordano brand of flooring), for Armani hotel and private residences.
